  1. Only 5 more days until I can take the collected Stories of the Restoration off Kindle Unlimited and make it an off-Amazon exclusive instead.
So in other words, if you have #KU then you still have 5 days to read this awesome series for free on #Kindle!

After that, it'll be on sale on my website at a much lower price, because it's mine and I can do what I want. And I want it more widely available and less expensive.

  2. Every so often I remember the tagline for my Rollover Files series & it makes me smile:
"Middle-aged moms with superpowers, saving lives & making the military nervous
    since 1943."

If that sounds interesting to you, too, you can buy DRM-free ebooks & paperbacks direct: https://

or from all the usual booksellers:

  3. Apocalypse and Revelation in Gaza

Amidst the fire, fighting, and rubble, people cleaned the streets, planted crops, opened schools, and celebrated weddings.

    But why?

  4. I had a great time yesterday at the Manchester Book Fest. Sold a good amount of books, had another teacher approach me about my books, and met new writing friends. And one teen told me she had previously bought two of my books and wanted more. A great day!😊

  5. About the art process behind my book covers…and a question...

I began abstract painting around 2015–2016 after many years of realistic pen and ink sketching connected to my architectural work. Over time, colour, geometry, and nature shifted my practice toward abstraction.

In 2022, I gave an artist talk at the Lundt‑Glover Gallery in Chatham, NJ, hosted by the Art League of the Chathams, where I discussed my work at the time, including digital developments in NFTs and my decision not to pursue that direction.

Later that year, I began the 27‑painting series that my current ecofiction trilogy covers are based on, using four panels from that show as the starting point for the newer work.

    Three good things:
    1. Making art.
    2. Sharing art.
    3. Selling art to pay for more art supplies!!!

Watch the full 38‑minute talk here: youtu.be/X400L4JI-LQ

The piece shown, Wellness, was part of the solo show and later became the cover for our ASEI Arts international charity anthology, Anthology House Vol. 2, created to benefit UNICEF.

A question for my art and book lover peeps here: when you think about art and the art of book covers, what lights you up, what inspires you, and what are you drawn to reach out for?

  6. Working on a new zine. The idea is still taking shape, in a playful and explosive way, combining text and images. Something with nature ! The bad photos show you: these are #humanmade!
