There's so much to be said about the course of battle, but I think most of us hardly know the guy whose death is really sparking this all off.
Despite the internal accusations and reality of the Iranian regime, their spokespeople moved through the leadership class in a way that Americans have clearly forgotten how to do.

1/ I love rewatching old movies that I first watched as teenager to see the movie through to get meanings that flew over my head back then.
There was a scene in Malcom X where Malcom is working on a train and he and his coworkers are listening to a fight on the radio. The white chef? comes into the area and starts berating them for not serving food and Malcom calls him “Mister Charlie”. The man responds with “My name is Mr Cooper”. Malcom’s coworkers yell at him after the man leaves.

Il 21 febbraio, 60 anni fa, l'assassinio di Malcom X
Malcolm X, l'iconico leader dei diritti civili afroamericani, già portavoce dell'organizzazione dei Musulmani Neri, da cui si era allontanato per contrasti con la loro guida, fu assassinato 60 anni fa, il 21 febbraio 1965.
Sebbene fosse noto per la sua retorica intransigente contro l'oppressione razziale le sue opinioni subirono una evoluzione verso la fine della sua vita.Egli aveva infatti sviluppato una posizione più moderata e integrazionista, indicando una volontà di "accettare un uomo sulla base delle sue azioni piuttosto che dei suoi geni".
Durante un viaggio in Africa, vide "pellegrini di tutti i colori provenienti da ogni parte di questa Terra che mostravano uno spirito di unità e fratellanza" che cambiò la sua prospettiva.
La vita e l'eredità di Malcolm X rimangono complesse e controverse anche 60 anni dopo la sua prematura scomparsa.

He probably really hated me. or, i think he was abusing me. teaching me. again. i shit you not. My fortunate attendance in Dr Bells class a most impactful experience. i think he knew i wanted to learn what he wanted to tell me.
To put it into perspective for you.
I think he knew #LouisFarrakhan . These guys were old buddies. I don't think he knew #MalcomX . i don't remember. it was so much information. and i was probably hungover half the time. sadly. damnit.
