I’ve been feeling down lately as even ostensibly pro-privacy government bodies seem to going headfirst into a surveillance dystopia (#Palantir, #ChatControl, #MetaGlasses, #GaitRecognition)
I know lots of good folks are fighting this but it seems every time we see a privacy win, the evil tech is repackaged and we have to fight it again. I’d love to hear about (and help) social movements mobilized for privacy rights. Surveillance tech should be outlawed like human cloning.
