    Feeling a little disheartened at how unfit I am. Decided to do something about it - for my first #walk I chose a 1km fast(ish) paced one, and am now really sweaty and my legs feel like jelly when I stand up. It took fifteen minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES. That's all.

    I worry I shall never get #fitter if I can only manage these tiny increments.

    I know, we all have to start somewhere. I just feel pathetic right now.

Does anyone have a #fitter that is familiar with weird touring setups in the #BayArea? I am almost certainly going to need a complete fit change on both my touring bike and my "fast" light touring bike. I am very worried and sad that my days of riding drop bars might be over.

  16. #Quarantine #workout includes 300 two-handed #kettlebell #swings-per-day. Currently, ten sets of thirty spread across the day with my #Russian style #kettlebellsusa #iron #bell. Will work up to 40, 50, 60, etc, as I get #stronger and #fitter.
