I've sent copies to experts in a handful of different fields as well as to book reviewers. So far, everyone thinks this is a key book to read to learn more about the #ElectoralCollege - readable enough for a general audience, with enough depth to interest experts as well.

Chapter 13/29 (first draft) complete. 58k words total.

I'd been looking forward to working on this chapter since the start. A protest/demonstration scene was always going to be a lot of fun to write into my fantasy world, especially with the current union happenings in the UK, and I'm pretty happy with how it came together. Pacing is a little off, but that's future Sam's problem.

I'm pretty pleased that I've managed to keep up my post-nano writing streak for 5 days. I'm being kinder to myself now. Even if I just do a few words a day it's a win. Aiming for 30k this month, and then finish the first draft in January.
