Hace poco saltó la noticia que la comisión europea (esa enorme bolsa de corrupción purulenta) había aprobado una directiva dictada palabra por palabra por microslop para evitar que las megacorps gringas tengan que dar datos del consumo de agua y energía de sus centros de datos.
Una serie de expertas en leyes europeas han salido a decir que es una violación flagrante de varias normativas fundamentales de la unión europea sobre transparencia de la información.
Como resultado ya hay una denuncia ante el TJUE (el tribunal europeo de "justicia") contra la comisión puesta por una ONG. Ya veremos como acaba el culebrón judicial. Mientras se aclare el asunto van a seguir ocultando lo que hacen con total impunidad.

Came here to say the same, 1000 times yes Jan. What a disappointingly simple minded and short sighted view on the #DMA and the real value it brings to us. Please stop parroting the propaganda fed to you by US tech companies as it is only meant to hasten our decline in turning the EU into the financially predatory hellscape they have turned the US into. Please stop helping them and instead start investigating them. Report on what they've done to the US, and how the #EUCommision is laying the ground work in deliberately trying to repeat the same mistakes here as well.
