European Court of Justice has ruled that the EU Commission violated transparency rules by not granting access to the text messages between Ursula von der Leyen and Pfizer.
The ECJ ruled that the EU Commission must release the text messages exchanged between Ursula von der Leyen and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla during the coronavirus pandemic.
