Huge event in Melb today for an industry that’s going huge: alternative (non-animal) proteins!

Food is a central part of our lives and it’s wonderful to have more options to recreate familiar dishes without the animal farming.

Food culture changes, and there’s reason to think the unique products offered by alternative proteins will give us new dishes that become beloved by future generations.
