A friend has been using Discord for personal communication with someone, but has now shifted to using Signal. They would like to export all of their Discord conversations, and is asking for advice.
A quick web search produced this result:

How to stop intense chewing
I'm autistic(asd lvl 2 i think), and I chew on EVERYthing, coat strings, my hands, my shirt collars, my sleves even things that can acidentally be swallowed and choked on. this is starting to become a problem,
I do this whenever im overstimulated, understimulated or bored and i dont know how to stop. i need help/Advice

In the meantime, if anyone has any advice for gently but firmly setting #boundaries with people, I'm open to them! Ways to phrase things that are more polite but still assertive, would be helpful. Ways to not seem like I'm blaming the other person or suggesting that they're wrong for asking for things, even if they're things I'm not in a place to give would also be appreciated!
