What laptops do people on here like for running Linux these days? Are System76 and Star Labs worth it? I'd be looking for something faster than a 2019 Intel Macbook (7 years ago? really?), with decent graphics performance, as anything I get will certainly be commandeered for games at some point.

Notes:

1. I'm well-versed in running Linux on desktops where I can pick hardware components for compatibility, but much less so on laptops.
2. I'm also quite familiar with running Steam games on Linux.
3. I would not be the only user of such a laptop.
4. Boosts welcome.

I have started working out and this is after 1 day of half hr on treadmill, and yesterday I did a 20 minute beginners workout with squats and planks. I really hate the term “Pick Your Brain.”

First off, it just sounds yuck.

Secondly, when you want to pick someone’s brain it usually means you want FREE advice.

To me pay people for their time, especially if you’re picking their brain on something they do for a living.
