@jan Do you class the UK as European, even after Brexit? I have a few .uk and .co.uk domains of choice registered. It helps also that they're cheap to register/renew.

I just saw the dumbest thing ever. A company has it.com. They are selling subdomains on it.com as if it's worth anything. WTAF? Come on people. With the amount of gTLDs exploding, wtf would I want a subdomain at it.com? Seriously? I don't get the play. Ugh, people will try anything, won't they.

the Sponsoring Organisation & Administrative Contact are in the EU, which is good
but the Technical Contact is in the US.

Phishing Domain Lifecycles

Phishers use a lot of domain names.

Our research shows that most phishing domains are registered by the phishers, often in bulk.

Phishers only have one purpose for these names: point them to fake pages and profit from victims lured there for as long as they can.

Investigators are constantly reporting phishing domains and these are blocklisted or shut down. Ideally, phishing domains have short lifetimes.
