I didn't see this before speaking and maybe it already existed (I didn't see it).
1/ More clearly say it's not possible if no compensation.
Even reading what you said online and then this page it doesn't seem clear
no #accommodation / #travel #expenses
= no to #talk / #event2/ Even a graphic (of above text?).
3/ Maybe add exceptions: if local or mini event etc.
Might be over-kill / insulting but would be more clear / less misinterpretable.

What are people using for IRC nowadays? I was a big XChat fan back in the day, but both it and its descendent HexChat appear to be moribund.
My general preference is for GUI (running on linux), but if you want to pitch a terminal client, go for it.

This is one of the precision potentiometers I'll be using in my tube preamp build. They are stepped (like 24 or 27 steps) made with precision film resistors on a small circuit board in there with the stepping mechanism.
I want to get rid of the little nubby sticking up on each pot. I don't have the tools to do this anymore so I'm looking for any suggestions that you might have. I want to get rid of the nubby without damaging the rest of these beautiful things.
