Die Holzskulptur ist ein Nachbau des Trojanischen Pferds, steht auf dem Gelände des Winckelmann-Museums.
Lt. Winckelmann-Gesellschaft ist es das größte Trojanische Pferd der Welt: 15,6m hoch 13m lang, 9,5 m breit und etwa 45 Tonnen schwer.Das Museum ist übrigens sehenswert und sehr spielerisch für Kinder geeignet mit Archäologen-Camp, Kreativwerkstatt, Spielstraße, Labyrinth u.v.m.
