Las temperaturas de entre 4 y 6 grados Celsius previstas para la madrugada y mañana del viernes 23 de octubre activaron la Alerta Amarilla en zonas altas de seis alcaldías de la ciudad de México, donde las autoridades recomiendan extremar precauciones ante el frío.
La advertencia comprende las demarcaciones Álvaro Obregón, Cuajimalpa, Magdalena Contreras, Milpa Alta, Tlalpan y Xochimilco. El periodo de mayor atención será de las 02:00 a las 08:00 horas, de acuerdo con el pronóstico de la Secretaría de Gestión Integral de Riesgos y Protección Civil (SGIRPC).
Las bajas temperaturas pueden representar un riesgo para la salud, especialmente durante los desplazamientos a primera hora del día. Por ello, la dependencia recomienda abrigarse por capas, evitar cambios bruscos de temperatura y mantener medidas preventivas dentro de los hogares.
¿A qué hora hará más frío en la Cdmx?
El pronóstico establece temperaturas de entre 4 y 6 grados Celsius en las zonas altas de las seis alcaldías señaladas, durante las primeras horas del viernes 23 de octubre.
La recomendación es tomar precauciones antes de salir de casa, particularmente durante la madrugada y al amanecer, cuando se esperan las condiciones más frías.
Recomendaciones para protegerse de las bajas temperaturas
La SGIRPC recomienda utilizar al menos tres capas de ropa, preferentemente de algodón o lana, y aplicar crema para proteger e hidratar la piel. También pide evitar los cambios bruscos de temperatura y beber suficiente agua.
Entre las medidas preventivas se encuentran:
- Consumir frutas y verduras ricas en vitaminas A y C.
- Lavarse las manos con frecuencia o utilizar gel antibacterial.
- Acudir al centro de salud más cercano si se presenta algún malestar.
- Mantener una ventilación adecuada al utilizar calentadores o chimeneas.
En caso de utilizar aparatos para calentar los espacios interiores, es importante no obstruir la ventilación y evitar la acumulación de gases que puedan poner en peligro a los habitantes de la vivienda. –sn–
