I keep losing the caps to my Sodastream bottles. Went to Amazon and other stores searching for straps to keep the caps attached to the bottles, and was surprised to find nothing.

At yesterday's #MIT flea market I picked up this Apple PowerBook 160 for $20. It still powers on but is missing a hard drive I think. Appears to be in great condition on the outside. It even came with its original charger.

I have a very hard time building up motivation to complete final boss battles in metroidvanias. I get more enjoyment out of exploration and puzzles than battles; knowing that the game is over after the final battle demotivates me.

But I have this one little project requiring MS Access now. It's been really frustrating but I'm making progress. I guess Salesforce spoiled me. Finally getting around to seeing "The Day the Earth Blew Up" (Looney Tunes movie). Tickets were only $7 a piece. Can't remember the last time movie tickets were in the single digits.
I heard the film is good, despite it barely getting attention for whatever reason. I don't recall seeing any trailers or ads for it. An animation youtuber brought it to my attention.

Have you ever encountered VLC unable to play a .mkv file when your machine is plugged into hdmi? I have this .mkv file that will play fine on my MacBook screen, but if I plug an hdmi cable into my MacBook to output to a projector, VLC just shows a black screen, even after restarting VLC.
