In Word I do this a lot with images:

1. Set wrapping to top/bottom
2. Make image equal body width
3. Set image to follow text
4. Set image below text
5. Turn off allow overlap
6. Lock anchor

I finally decided to write some vba to do this:

It should work with any number of selected objects.

If you add this to the "Normal" template you can access it in any Word document. I also added it as a button in Word's toolbar. #vba #word #msWord #msOffice #scripting

Mijn afstudeervakken waren bij plantenfysiologie (Moleculaire mechanismen van fotoinhibitie van de fotosynthese) en biochemie (De rol van ATP in werkingsmechanisme van nitrogenase). Behalve een voor de studiepunten gevolgd practicum Pascal, ik had een hardloopwedstrijd ontworpen met de dwergen uit de Hobbit als renners, had ik verder helemaal niets met programmeren. Als je toen tegen mij gezegd had dat ik later nog eens in de IT terecht zou komen had ik je vierkant uitgelachen.

I wish that 10 years ago #Nextcloud and #OwnCloud hadn't dissipated their energy arguing and forking, as if it had been a viable solution then my employers would have gone for them rather than #MS365 and now we are stuck with it as Sharepoint is to be fair quite useful (it basically gets used as a giant NAS) and has even had UI and usability improvements.

You can run the whole of the web-based MS365 part on Linux (I've tried it with success) but I still need the desktop app #VBA for some stuff I do (and also I have OBD2 control software (VCDS) for VW group cars that will *only* work on Windows, the devs have flat out refused to port it to Linux (I suspect because they don't want the dongle being reverse engineered)
