WS1 uses a (modified) version of Munki so it's a both problem. The client won't give us access to the logs or the instance.
I think I'm going to run up a Munki instance and have a look at it's logs so I can ask for exactly the right log file. The logs on the client Mac shed no light. It's also a sporadic problem.
I'm mainly having a complain rather than expecting major help.

When Discover is both card issuer and "card network", it is exempt from fee caps and Capital One could immediately shift its products to that platform and reap lotsa extra #money. Discover bought the Pulse #ATM network in 2005, which made it a partner with 4,500 #banks.
