If the left parties were the Starks at the Red Wedding, Chris Hipkins was Roose Bolton. The knife through Labour's heart in this election was his "captain's call" ruling out taxing wealth. Something the major of kiwis support, and the only way to get the government's books back into surplus *without* cutting funding to public services and infrastructure.
Looking forward to a new Labour leader who supports the left.

I have been trying to find time to fill some gaps in the documentation of my work that relies on the Twitter API to function. These were mostly done in collaboration with Chris Rodley and were usually installed in galleries and public sites.
B.E.T.T.Y. (2014) is one such work.
It asks, "What happens when a chatbot draws their words from social media?"
I have revisited many times, and as the tone of Twitter, and it's user-base has changed over the years, so too has B.E.T.T.Y.'s tone. If the API goes dark tomorrow, then today is probably the last time I will get to interact with her

Have moved on to his #Piano #Études. Gorgeous.
