Doing driver's ed, and I'm only going to be getting 6 hours in total with the instructor, and I don't have anybody at home who can help me get my hours in otherwise. I'm going to try asking a neighbor if they'd be willing to help, but if that fails I don't really know what to do, any advice?

I'm currently "taking" a "refesher" for the AARP Smart Driver's course in order to maintain the senior citizen discount for my car insurance policies.

It's just as BAD as taking a driver's ed course to avoid getting a point added to your driver's license after getting a ticket. 😦

Just mentioning it in case you're a senior and weren't aware that such a discount was available.

Contact your insurer to make sure they offer it & if they do take it if you're willing to put up w/8 hours of driver's ed (for the 1st time) or 4 hours (for the refresher).

It ain't fun but it can save you $.

You do NOT have to be an AARP member to take the course.

You just put the shifter to the left when it's in drive.
