Ever since I heard that single with Tom Waits, I've been digging into the 90s work by Massive Attack and really enjoying it, surprising myself that maybe I like trip-hop. Who would have thought? Definitely wouldn't have assumed that being somebody who is real touch and go with electronic music.

Watching an NHRA race from 1993 and astounded by the fact most of these Top Fuel and Funny Cars are running sub-300MPH, when they can get up to 340 in the right conditions now, and also that a big chunk of the field are Oldsmobiles!!!!

My teacher has a trans son so she and I talked a good deal today about how awful JK Rowling is and how nobody should engage with her work, & she talked about how she needs to figure out how to cover up an old HP tattoo she has
I of course said that as an enby I consider myself part of the broad trans community but even if it didn't effect me I'd still stand up for trans people because I have basic empathy.
