  6. There are lots of great versions of this Chips Moman / Dan Penn tune, but Clarence Carter's reading is by far the funniest of them all. It starts with a long, unforgettable, totally off-the-wall spoken intro - but when he finally starts to sing, he does an earnest, powerful version of the song:
