For the first time in a number of years, Hailie Deegan returned to victory lane in the ARCA West race. She was always really good in the ARCA West level and really was good in ARCA national too she just wasn't in a top tier ride that could fight for wins. I don't like the politics of her or especially her father (Covid denialists, right-wing conspiracy theorists, etc) but I still like when a woman wins in racing.

Jon Watts is such a deeply uninspiring choice to reboot Star Wars. Cop Car was good and has a little visual flair, and I mostly like the first of the Spider-Man films but there's very little visually interesting about any of those films, even the first. It is a totally bland choice for what will likely be a bland, safe, probably once again just reheated film without anything bold or interesting to offer.
