"Bad, Bad Leroy Brown" is an uptempo, #strophic story song written by American #folkRock singer #JimCroce. Released as part of his 1973 album #LifeAndTimes, the song was a No. 1 hit for him, spending two weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 in July 1973. Billboard ranked it as the No. 2 song for 1973. Croce was nominated for two 1973 #GrammyAwards in the Pop Male Vocalist and Record of the Year categories for #BadBadLeroyBrown.

"Sunshine" is a #folkRock song from 1971 by #JonathanEdwards, released as the first single from his debut album #JonathanEdwards. The single reached No. 4 on the #Billboard Hot 100 chart on January 15, 1972, and earned a gold record. "Sunshine" was not originally planned for release, but when an engineer accidentally erased the master of a track called "Please Find Me" near the end of sessions for the album, "Sunshine" was used to fill the hole.

"Summer in the City" is a song by the Canadian-American #folkrock band #theLovinSpoonful. Written by #JohnSebastian, Mark Sebastian and #SteveBoone, the song was released as a non-album single in July 1966 and was included on the album #HumsOfTheLovinSpoonful later that year.
