Today's H-alpha Sun at 17:15 UTC, in reasonably good seeing but fighting passing waves of clouds. The chromosphere is crackling again today, led by AR 3559 near top-center of the disc. Not evident in the full-disc image: a beautiful loop prominence in the NW quadrant.

Two frozen ALDI products, potato bake and cauliflower bake are cooking in the oven. Roast pork loin with crackling is accompanied in the air fryer by wedges of pumpkin and onion, the latter will be mushed into the gravy with the meat juices. I’ll be cooking carrots and green beans with a bit of herb butter in a steamer thingie in the nuclear tucka-fucka. I’ll use that to heat up some ham, too. There will be a few days of leftovers.
There is gin and fruity flavoured soda water. -

Yesterday was Riverford Belly Pork cooked in the #airfryer for the best crackling ever. Used the integrated temperature probe to judge how long to cook for.
Spuds also done in the fryer, everything else steamed. So good, defo turning into an #airfryerevangelist which maybe should read as #airfryerwanker 😂😂😂
