Unkompliziertes und einfaches Abendessen für den Freitagabend: Sticky Rice Bowl mit Gemüse (TK-Spinat, Tomaten, Asia TK-Mischung, Kokos-Erdnusssauce, Zitronengras, Zimt, Srirachra) und ziemlich geilen Gyros-Soja-Chunks aus dem Airfryer. Gewürzt habe ich die großen Stücke mit meinem Gyrosgewürz, Rezept hier:
https://www.magischer-kessel.de/2024/11/spicy-rezept-fuer-gyrosgewuerz/Sojastücke in Brühe einweiche, ausdrücken, mit Öl ummanteln, Gewürz drüber streuen und vermischen. Bei 180 °C für 15 Minuten im Aifryer backen, zwischendrin 1 x umrühren, damit sie rundum knusprig werden.

Más que nada es que hace algún tiempo, comenté por aquí que había cosechado borrajas para comer. Pero luego no puse ninguna foto.
Bueno, mi costumbre es comer solo los tallos. Cocidos primero. Y salteados luego con aceite y #ajo, y unas patatas. Y, a veces, algún #pimentón tipo #cajún. Como en la foto.
Las #patatas tradicionalmente van cocidas, a veces a la vez que la borraja. Pero últimamente me he acostumbrado a asarlas en la freidora de aire, o #airfryer, que me gusta mucho como quedan.

It’s lunch time. I am running two culinary experiments today.
One: I cooked a hamburger in the air fryer.
Two: Sugar free ketchup. Yeah, you read that right.
Short term results. First, the hamburger is SUPER greasy. That’s a surprise. Second, the sugar free ketchup sort of tastes like ketchup. Again, surprise. It’s only been a couple of bites but so far it’s not disgusting. Shocking.
