These were all over the ground when we stopped at Kingsport Beach on our bike ride.
It's just such a gorgeous design, at first I thought this was part of a bracelet that had broken and been left on the picnic table. But too beautiful! I couldn't stop looking at it. -

This is the first time I've baked white bread in many years, but these turned out okay.
It was kind of fun to get out my proofing baskets (bannetons) and the baking stones again and see how much white flour breads rise compared to my usual rye whole grain breads.
These are sourdough from my mother culture, but white organic unbleached flour, as I have to be on a minimal fibre diet for the next 5 days. As I'm whole food plant based, this is a totally alien way of eating to me.
So for the next 5 days it's avocado on toast, smooth peanut butter on toast, white rice, plant yogurts and maybe some ripe canteloupe for me. Not even any nutritional yeast, I suspect...

Can't access photos I want to share, using Fedilab
Is there a way to access photos that I have exported from folders on my phone to be posted on Mastodon? At the moment I only am offered photos from camera or favourites. Neither of those two choices include the photos I want to feature. See the screenshots, which, fortunately, are going in the camera choice. So I have to use Moshidon to post photos I have exported, for example, from Lightroom.
Is there some setting of which I am unaware?(Also, why is there no capital letter at the beginning of sentences in the alt text descriptions? There are in the posting itself, same keyboard.)
