zine friends: have you ever re-done a zine from your past? i have a few older zines that i look at now and think i could do better...mostly to make them easier to read...make the pictures a bit better...etc.

A bit of a different post today, but it's art and I made it and I had an amazing time doing so!
I took part in a Zine workshop yesterday and I had an incredible time, it reminded me how much I LOVE collaging/scrapbooking, and how freeing it is.
I made 16 pages of fish... And I couldn't be happier with what I created 🥰
A few people already asked me to print copies of it, should I? Would you get one? Please let me know and... I might make more...

I made #zines for the first time in the 1970/80s because I was fascinated to produce #minibooks or #magazines with simple materials. I restarted not long ago as a personal protest against being robbed by AI corporations, against AI slop. I wanted to do something simple outside of hype culture.
Well, seems to be a trend now. 😉 And I like it. I like that human explosion of #creativity!
