If Trump is impeached then tried & convicted in a criminal court, he will continue to use the system to fight imprisonment. Considering the judges that have been confirmed all across the country, he will be able to use one or more to obtain release.

The stress & the destruction must come to an end. It cannot be allowed to be dragged out for years on end.
