@revoluciana @gunchleoc for completely non US i have been a happy customer of ventraip for many years (with many domains there) and they do offer an email hosting plan. Not the cheapest, but not dear and their support is in country responsive and excellent :) #australian #unaffiliated
also a registrar, but a good rule of thumb is to register your domains away from your hosting unless you are incredibly non technical. Ive heard good things about porkbun (edit: i thought porkbun was an eu provider but now i think i might be mistaken)
