Not sure what to make of #jimmykimmel pulling his #Talarico interview from the show, posting it only on YouTube due to FCC threats. Presumably the FCC is demanding he interview #Paxton too, and frankly I'd love to see Jimmy lay that fucker out - verbally of course.

Sigh...
Wrong answer #Talarico . the correct answer is "Why are you asking me about trans athletes which is such a vanishing small issue? Don't you realize millions of Texas families struggle to pay the bills? Many rural Texans don't even have hospitals and millions more Texans can't afford to go to one? I'm running for a big job. Texas only gets 2 senators. Let's talk about the big issues"

Christian politician James Talarico replies to Trump by summing up what insults Jesus.
Maybe American Christians are finding their way back to the word of their God.

CW: USpol: Beto O'Rourke and the Texas Senate race.
Disclaimer before I write this, I support and have done some campaigning for James Talarico. I also campaigned for Beto O'Rourke.
Just a reminder, as #BetoORourke crawls out of the woodwork give commentary and campaign for people, that he is basically responsible for a lot of the problems that #JamesTalarico is now facing with #SwingVoters in #Texas: the last time #Democrat had this much traction for a #Senate seat, he lost by a slim margin, then less than 2 years later stood on a stage and said "Hell yes, we're going to take your guns!"
For people like me, it seemed like he had had a complete mental breakdown when he realized he couldn't win the presidential primary, as if anyone has ever been entitled to win a presidential primary. For most of Texas, it seemed like outright #corruption, that someone who had almost been a senator was willing to back a no-go position in order to woo a small group of party elite billionaires, against the wishes of the vast majority of his own state, even his own home district.
I agree that it's stupid, but if Texans seem confusingly interested in this bizarre mythology that #Talarico is a "secret vegan", remember that a lot of them are still getting over the time that a Democrat blatantly lied to them about a central policy issue in order to get elected to their senate seat, and a lot of people who actually voted for him feel like they had dodged a bullet when he didn't win. Black voters especially seem to be really hesitant about him, because right now, Democrat leadership is scrambling to throw every marginalized group under the bus: we don't know how hard it will be to get him to even show up for civil rights issues.
So as #DemocratParty leaders sit there scratching their heads as to why no one votes for their candidates, remember, nobody can trust their candidates.
Again, I am saying this as someone who supports Talarico and thinks the country would be much better off with him in the Senate. It is night and day between him and #Paxton, who openly took bribes to dismiss charges against people, and who was recently seen cavorting in Mexico with yet another mistress, all the while running a campaign that is firmly rooted in hatred for minorities. My issue isn't with Talarico here, it's with Beto O'Rourke and the corrupt Democrat Party leadership he represents: they have created an incredibly difficult situation for everyone trying to support #CivilRights and fight conservative #authoritarianism.
Democrat leadership must be removed.

This group of Jilted Revanchists that Trump primaried are going to chat, plot, and monkey wrench away. If Paxton ends up in the Senate, Cornyns a loser. If Talarico wins, Cornyn's vindicated. And vindication's big with these fellas.
