I saw a report today that Ken #Paxton is making a $15 million dollar media buy, probably with money from Trump / Musk now-unlimited super PAC (thx, #scotus !)
#Talarico campaign is begging for help, but small dollar donations aren’t even going to come close to matching the Paxton lie extravaganza.
I want to believe Talarico can win, but will TX voters believe the firehose of crap Paxton’s going to be able to shovel?

Die presbyterianische #Kirche, zu der James #Talarico gehört, entstand v.a. aus Schottland und entfaltete eine größere Distanz gegenüber dem #Staat als die anglikanische oder katholische Kirche, gleichzeitig aber auch viel Engagement für reformatorische #Ökumene. Finde es ziemlich faszinierend, wie sich in den #USA derzeit Religion(en) und Zivilreligion(en) neu sortieren...

Klar wirken manche #Trolle oder #Cyberstalker längst manisch-dualistisch, aber in einzelnen Fällen entwickelten sich gerade auch Blog-Dialoge sehr gut. So über Jahre mit dem sog. #Webbaer , mit einem Klimakrise-verharmlosenden #Bernd oder einem früheren Putinknecht, #Realo.
Der #Weinthal wechselt immer wieder zwischen zunehmend wirren Schmähungen, Pseudo-Enthüllungen als „Journalist“ und dem Betteln um Aufmerksamkeit („Danke, dass Sie mich erwähnen, Michi!“). Glücklich & stabil ist da wohl schon lange nichts mehr.
Entsprechend freue ich mich gerade auch über das rege Interesse an James #Talarico und hoffe, dass weitere Menschen aus der Sackgasse des feindseligen #Dualismus finden. 😌📚🙌
