During my college day i use #zathura pdf reader after that i usually download epub version of the book if available as it is easy to read on mobile and stopped reading stuff a lot in laptop,

#sioyek is a awesome pdf reader like zathura, keyboard driven - #vim keybindings default.

The release page contains app image version so can try it without installing it.

@fussballinguist Nice. Bisher hatte ich dafür #Sioyek (https://github.com/ahrm/sioyek) als Tool; aber mag das schon immer in #JabRef einbauen. Vermutlich sollten wir den Teil von Zotero wrappen 😅

I really wish there was a keyboard-driven #PDF viewer like #Zathura, #MuPDF, or #SioYek that let you fill out forms and annotate #PDFs.

That would be da bomb.

I've finished configuring #Sioyek PDF reader. It's so powerful. I can finally replace #Zathura, which does not support highlighting and documents with mixed page orientation.

@uncomfyhalomacro I've installed #sioyek some time ago, ran it twice or so and returned to #zathura. For my needs, there was nothing that I could not do with Zathura; plus Zathura opens non-PDF files (comic book, djvu, ps) and printing is built-in and does not require manual tweaking in the config file.
