What are good alternatives to #hyprland on #wayland ?
I value easy but flexible customisation, allowing to chain many actions in one shortcut, having submaps (aka key chords), fully controlling, focusing and moving spaces around. the eye candy of hyprland is very nice and a plus, but I could forfeit it.
One option would be to move back to qtile, which ticks the boxes but was made unnecessary hard to master due to lacking documentation and frequent breaking changes (years ago).

I realized I once again installed a server OS as my desktop, so FreedomBox had to go (temporarily).
Back to ol' reliable Debian install media.
This build will be a tuned experience that I hope to run for awhile.
I was disappointed to learn that Hyprland is not in Debian 13, and has not been added to back-ports yet, either. I suspect I'll switch to it as my primary desktop, when it makes in.
In the meantime, I added KDE Plasma as my desktop.
My personal explanation of KDE Plasma is that it is what Apple desktop would feel like if Apple desktop was just slightly better in 100 tiny ways.

I have successfully and after a full day's work, been able to migrate the #XeroLinux #Hyprland config to LUA.
Also the standalone script has been killed off. We migrated to only have it in T.U.I. Wiki was updated reflecting this change.

Great news y'all !!!
Work on the #XeroLinux TUI has concluded. We have added better support for #BTRFS with snapper n and Grub-BTRFS pre-configured out the box.
We have also added option to install #Hyprland with the #Noctalia Shell slightly pre-configured for a good starting point.
