It really got a lot warmer, but there’s still some ice left… 😩 So I shortened my run today and opted for two #AppleFitnessPlus workouts: one on my #Schwinn spinning bike and one on my rower. And I even took the time to skip some rope. The streets have been cleared by now, so I‘m back on my bike for the daily commute. That‘s almost the best part of it for today! #Running #rowing #cycling #ropeskipping

After my morning run, I hopped onto my #Schwinn spinning bike and did a 20 minute #AppleFitnessPlus workout with Coach Ty. Man, that was awesome! Pure interval training, I was dripping with sweat, my heart rate shot up – and it was fun! More of that, please!

No #Running today, but I got up on my trusted #Schwinn spinning bike and did two rounds on the #Hammer rower. Feels very good – and I was completely soaked after the indoor cycling workouts… Now off to the shower! 💦#AppleFitnessPlus

@ascentale @genex A1. Posting from Beaverton, OR. I’ve got two cycles: a purple #Schwinn prelude frame with really nice components and a slate-grey #Benno e-scout. I really wish my Benno wasn’t the color of asphalt, tho. Prior to these, I rode single-speed cruisers.

@ascentale @rodbotic #BikeNite A1. My typical ride is 7 miles to the library with a good stretch along a power line linear park in #Beaverton #PDX. It’s kinda fragmented with narrow walking paths and sections where I have to cross pretty busy roads (Farmington, TV Highway, and Murray). On sunny days, I can take my #Schwinn Prelude acoustic and others I take my #Benno E-Scout.
