Just an FYI/PSA… I have my iPhone on iOS 27 beta b it my watch is still on watchOS 26.x.
I can’t get any #AppleFitnessPlus workouts that I’ve completed from my watch to sync/show in the iOS Fitness app under “Sessions.”
My last one shown seems to be from before I updated to iOS 27 beta.

March wasn’t my best month. Had too much going on, unfortunately but I tried.
Today’s lower body workout is gonna hurt tomorrow… and the next day. But we gotta get them glutes 🍑 and thighs working and growing! (Is hot girl summer still a thing?)

It really got a lot warmer, but there’s still some ice left… 😩 So I shortened my run today and opted for two #AppleFitnessPlus workouts: one on my #Schwinn spinning bike and one on my rower. And I even took the time to skip some rope. The streets have been cleared by now, so I‘m back on my bike for the daily commute. That‘s almost the best part of it for today! #Running #rowing #cycling #ropeskipping

A good morning! I woke up shortly before 5am, turned around and slept another hour, then got up, donned my #Running gear, messed around with my blog, did the dishes (too tired last night), warmed up and ran off into the snowy cold. After my morning run, I hopped onto my #Schwinn spinning bike and did a 20 minute #AppleFitnessPlus workout with Coach Ty. Man, that was awesome! Pure interval training, I was dripping with sweat, my heart rate shot up – and it was fun! More of that, please!

Damn good week with #AppleFitnessPlus. Since Monday (Dec. 1), I did 14 workouts. Came out to around 9.75 hours and 4,600 burned active calories. 🔥 Let’s hope I can keep this up well into the new year and beyond. 😁
