OK I am finally biting the bullet and migrating from #runkeeper to #strava. The Strava app and website are _significantly better_ than RunKeeper.

I just wish the Apple Watch app was a bit more customizable though. I like my specific customised runkeeper watch layout and the strava watch app just isn't as good.

Hat jemand Lust sich mit mir bei #Runkeeper zu verknüpfen?

Ich will wieder regelmäßige Bewegung im meinen Alltag bringen.
Ich möchte meine #notjustsad ohne Medikation in den Griff bekommen. Gern durch Joggen. Momentan fühlt sich die Idee gut und schaffbar an. (1x war ich diese Woche schon.)

Mir geht es um "miteinander achtsam und freundlich mit sich zu sein."
Also tracke ich auch mal Spaziergänge, wenn die mein "ich bin draußen" sind.

#Runkeeper macht zwar gute Trainingspläne, kann aber seine Läufe nicht vernünftig mit iOS und Apple Health synchronisieren. Das ist Mist und daher hab ich mir heute den Intervall-Lauf in Apple Aktivitäten programmiert und laufe gleich damit. Unpraktisch zwar, aber vernünftige Daten und Tracking sind mir wichtig.
