Tož jsem zůstal. To je zvláštní: já jsem vám byl jako natažený stroj; neměl jsem v hlavě nic než naši akci proti Rakousku, nic jiného jsem neviděl a necítil, jako bych byl hypnotisován. Neměl jsem smysl pro nic jiného než pro válku: jaká je situace, jak se to na bojišti vyvíjí. Potom špekulovat, s kým mluvit a jak na něho jít, abychom vzbudili jeho zájem. Pak zase chytrákovat, jak bychom přelstili pohraniční úřady a dostali zprávy z Prahy a do Prahy. Tehdy jsem si odnavykl spát; taky by se dalo spočítat na prstech, kolik nocí jsem za ta čtyři léta opravdu spal. ✍️

✍️ Já navazoval na naši reformaci, že byla především hnutím mravním, náboženským a ne theologickým. Hus, před ním už Štítný, vyšli z nápravy mravů; v nich jsem našel, co mne už jako chlapce tísnilo, když jsem pozoroval divný život kněží. I můj rozchod s katolickou církví byl mravní, ne dogmatický. Protestanté přece mají stejná hlavní dogmata. Tož to ano, s dogmaty jsem se musel rozejít, pokud nemohla obstát před kritikou rozumu; ale to platí o dogmatech všech vyznání. Co nemohu přijmout rozumem, nemohu přijmout ani vírou [...].
Také jsem neměl a nemám rád liberalism, pokud byl náboženskou netečností a povrchností; katolicism se svými chybami – hlavně v Rakousku, kde byl oficiální vírou, chráněnou žandarmy a všemi úřady – tu liberální laxnost jenom živil. Já jsem říkal, že Ježíš nepotřebuje žandarmů. To se rozumí, že v Rakousku boj proti státu byl i bojem proti státní církvi. Právě ta aliance šavle a kropáče zavinila, že u nás náboženský život tak ochabl. Naše reformace byla zásadně protirakouská – tomu naši liberálové dosud nerozumějí. ✍️

✍️ Aber immer und immer besteht die Leistung des Verstandes in unmittelbarem Auffassen der kausalen Verhältnisse, zuerst, wie gezeigt, zwischen dem eigenen Leib und den andern Körpern, woraus die objektive Anschauung hervorgeht; dann zwischen diesen objektiv angeschauten Körpern unter einander, wo nun, wie wir im vorigen §. gesehn haben, das Kausalitätsverhältniß unter drei verschiedenen Formen auftritt, nämlich als Ursach, als Reiz und als Motiv, nach welchen Dreien sodann alle Bewegung auf der Welt vorgeht und vom Verstande allein verstanden wird. Sind es nun, von jenen Dreien, die Ursachen, im engsten Sinne, denen er nachspürt; dann schafft er Mechanik, Astronomie, Physik, Chemie, und erfindet Maschinen, zum Heil und zum Verderben: stets aber liegt allen seinen Entdeckungen, in letzter Instanz, ein unmittelbares intuitives Auffassen der ursächlichen Verbindung zum Grunde. Denn dieses ist die alleinige Form und Funktion des Verstandes; keineswegs aber das komplicirte Räderwerk der zwölf Kantischen Kategorien, deren Nichtigkeit ich nachgewiesen habe. Sind hingegen die Reize sein Leitfaden; so wird er Physiologie der Pflanzen und Thiere, Therapie und Toxikologie zu Stande bringen. Keďže sú to práve oni, kto s potešením a presvedčením o vlastnej neomylnosti a morálke dáva druhým ľuďom často rôzne označenia, asi by sme konečne aj my mali dať nejaké nové meno im – týmto pisateľom textov na internet pod hlavičkou rôznych médií.
Čo tak volať dnešných takzvaných novinárov internetoví propagandisti? To je asi dlhé – nemyslím si, že sa to chytí.
Ponúkam teda termín, ktorý je kratší a ktorý je výstižnejší (podľa mňa), a vysvetlím. Volajme ich radšej mzdochy.
Mzdochy podobne ako bzdochy vypúšťajú do svojho okolia neznesiteľný zápach a štipľavú tekutinu, ktorá vám dokáže otráviť a znechutiť aj krásnu, sladkú malinu.
Ale títo ľudia, ktorí to robia v médiách súčasného hlavného prúdu, to navyše robia za peniaze, teda mzdu – a preto sú to pre mňa mzdochy.
Samozrejme, česť novinárom a médiám, a v médiách pôsobiacim ľuďom, ktorí sa aj v týchto časoch usilujú o objektívne informovanie verejnosti a ešte stále aspoň ako-tak plnia aj funkciu kontroly politikov a vlády.
Ba česť aj takým ľuďom v médiách, ktorí aspoň nešíria propagandu a neklamú, neútočia na iné názory, nezosmiešňujú iných ľudí a celkovo sa usilujú žiť ako slušní ľudia.
Ale všetci ostatní sú pre mňa mzdochy. ✍️

✍️ Z postáv dejín fašizmu pripomína Trump Mussoliniho. Hľadá vo svete väčších fašistov, ktorých by mohol obdivovať. To je jeho štýl. Je to submisívny fašista. Obracia sa na Putina, aby mu povedal, čo má robiť.
V jednom z nedávnych prejavov v rámci svojej predvolebnej kampane vyhlásil, že nepriatelia v zahraničí nie sú nič v porovnaní s nepriateľmi vo vnútri. Následne dlho hovoril o týchto „vnútorných“ nepriateľoch. Myslím, že takto vidí svet.
Očakávam, že bude obdivovať a mať rád diktátorov v zahraničí a často bude ochotný robiť veci, ktoré od neho chcú. Zároveň však neverím, že Trump bude tým, kto bude rozpútavať vojny v zahraničí. To nie je jeho štýl. Nie je militarista.
Viete, je to fyzický zbabelec. Nechce podstupovať žiadne riziká. Myslím, že nestabilita, ktorá bude nasledovať po Trumpovom víťazstve, bude vo vnútri USA a bude, bohužiaľ, veľmi pravdepodobne dramatická. Počas Trumpovej vlády asi nebudeme schopní zasahovať po svete v dobrom ani v zlom.
Je pre mňa ťažké preniknúť do myslenia ľudí, ktorí podporujú Trumpa. Myslím, že je to ťažké rozhodnutie. Môj osobný pocit je, že tentoraz Trump skutočne stavia kampaň na otvorene fašistickom základe. Hovorí veci, ako že bude svojich politických odporcov väzniť. Bude väzniť novinárov. Pomstí sa. Jeho predstava je zrejme taká, že sa priblíži k víťazstvu a potom vznikne nejaké násilné hnutie na jeho podporu. ✍️

Viete, je to fyzický zbabelec. Nechce podstupovať žiadne riziká. Myslím, že nestabilita, ktorá bude nasledovať po Trumpovom víťazstve, bude vo vnútri USA a bude, bohužiaľ, veľmi pravdepodobne dramatická. Počas Trumpovej vlády asi nebudeme schopní zasahovať po svete v dobrom ani v zlom.
Je pre mňa ťažké preniknúť do myslenia ľudí, ktorí podporujú Trumpa. Myslím, že je to ťažké rozhodnutie. Môj osobný pocit je, že tentoraz Trump skutočne stavia kampaň na otvorene fašistickom základe. Hovorí veci, ako že bude svojich politických odporcov väzniť. Bude väzniť novinárov. Pomstí sa. Jeho predstava je zrejme taká, že sa priblíži k víťazstvu a potom vznikne nejaké násilné hnutie na jeho podporu. ✍️

✍️ A Havlíček – duch moderní, energický, ale vždycky opatrný, kritický, vědomý své národní odpovědnosti; zkrátka vzor demokratického žurnalisty. Šel za Palackým, nějaký čas také poslancoval; dal takto živý příklad, jak souvisí žurnalistika a politika. Pravdu máte, že byl také filosof – přece nejsou filosofy jen profesoři, každý myslící člověk má nějakou svou filosofii, metafyziku, pokus o postižení smyslu života a světa. A u Havlíčka každé slovo, každý novinářský článek je projev uceleného světového názoru. ✍️
