#Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Palestinian group, said on Sunday that contact has been lost with fighters holding Omri Miran and Matan Angrest after “brutal military operations and violent targeting in the Sabra and Tal al-Hawa neighbourhoods during the last 48 hours”.
...
The political wing of #Hamas said in a statement earlier on Sunday that the group has not received any new ceasefire or peace proposals from mediators Qatar and Egypt, even as United States President Donald Trump continues to predict an imminent ceasefire, which he has done several times in recent weeks. The group confirmed that negotiations remain halted after Israel tried to assassinate top Hamas leaders in Doha on September 9 as they gathered to review a new ceasefire proposal presented by Trump.
But Hamas said it is “ready to study any proposal from the brother mediators with positivity and responsibility, in a manner that preserves the national rights of our people”.

Footage has emerged showing the public executions of three men accused of being Israeli collaborators in #Gaza City.
BBC Verify has verified that the location of the executions was a street outside Shifa hospital in the centre of the city, which is the focus of a major Israeli ground offensive.
Videos circulating on Sunday evening showed at least five armed and masked men, three blindfolded #Palestinian men kneeling on the ground and a large crowd.
One of the armed men is heard saying: "The death sentence has been decided for all collaborators".
There are cheers before the three men are pushed to the ground and shot several times in the back of the head. The crowd then praises Hamas's armed wing, the #Qassam Brigades.
A Palestinian security official from the Hamas-run Gaza government told Reuters that the executions were carried out by the "Joint Operations Room of the #PalestinianResistance
In Sunday's footage, one armed man singles out Yasser Abu Shabab as a "major collaborator" who they seek to kill.

#Australia needs to remove #Hamas from Australia's "Listed #terrorist organisations", we need to stop endorsing Israel's attacks on CIVILIAN government run essential services in Gaza.
Israel see our "terrorist" designation of the entire Hamas moment as endorsement of their treatment of civilian emergency services as military targets – paramedics, firemen, and other people who save lives – because they are "Hamas" by being connected to government run services in Gaza.
At the very least Australia need to narrow the listing to the #Qassam Brigades militant wing of the Hamas movement. But even this would be difficult to justify. Hamas are NOT a threat to Australia, and the #IDF have killed more Australian citizens than Hamas in the current war, including a civilian from #Sydney in #Lebanon and an Australian aid worker in Gaza.
It is insane that we have condemned an entire, mostly civilian, government as #terrorists while allowing Likud – the successor party to the #Irgun and #Lehi terror groups – to drive #Israel into #genocidal fascism without equivalent consequences.
The Lehi and Irgun were definitively #terrorists – Likud first formed government under former Irgun commander Menachem Begin and his successor was former Lehi commander Yitzhak Shamir – but really the Lehi and Irgun were nowhere near as bad as the IDF.

In December, both Yousef and Maisara refused to evacuate the al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, which was under siege by Israeli forces, although they encouraged their families to flee south. By June, al-Shuja’iyya was undergoing its second Israeli invasion, and Yousef (not his real name) and his friend were staying on al-Mansoura Street. They were the only ones there. Both tried their best to hide from the Israeli drones that blanketed the sky.
Yousef and Maisara understood the danger they were in, not only because everything that moved in the area was a target for Israeli drones but also because Maisara was a resistance fighter with the Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas. Yousef isn’t a member of the Qassam Brigades and has not participated in the fighting directly. But he is still a member of the Hamas movement and wants to help out in any way he can. He is also Maisara’s best friend.
In mid-July, Maisara was exposed to one of the Israeli drones, which immediately targeted and killed him. From that point on, Yousef would continue to move around al-Shuja’iyya. He considered himself a kind of caretaker of the abandoned neighborhood. If he found someone dead in the street, he would retrieve the bodies and make sure they got a proper burial. If possible, he would take them to their families, or inform their families of their deaths. He also patrolled the streets to protect the area from looting.
But beyond that, what he really wanted was to be recruited by the Qassam Brigades to fight the invaders of his neighborhood head-on. He stayed behind in al-Shuja’iyya solely for this purpose. At the start of the war, he and his family had been displaced several times, running from death from one place to another within Gaza City. He belongs to a family of 7, and when they all chose to evacuate to the south in December he decided to stay behind with some friends, many of them also in Hamas or supporters of the movement. Some, like his friend Maisara, were also resistance fighters.
Yousef’s story is representative of countless others in al-Shuja’iyya and across Gaza who have joined the resistance against Israel’s genocidal attack, or are supporting it in any way they can. This story was written based on interviews with Yousef’s family members and friends, as well as written testimonies and other materials that Yousef shared with his loved ones.
The battles of al-Shuja’iyya
The Israeli army launched its first invasion of al-Shuja’iyya on December 4 and engaged in a protracted battle with the Qassam Brigades for over three weeks of fighting. The Israeli army suffered heavy losses, and the Qassam Brigades broadcast images of the fighting, capturing footage of burning Israeli tanks and military vehicles.
Yousef and a few of his friends didn’t engage in the fight, but they tasked themselves with helping out the fighters by bringing them food or providing human reconnaissance and informing them of the army’s movements. They weren’t given any orders but did it of their own accord. All of them had grown up in the same mosque circles, an important component of Hamas’s social base.
Yousef used to notice that many of the fighters would gather in front of a restaurant in the neighborhood, and from there they would go out on missions to engage the Israeli forces. They then returned to the same spot afterward before dispersing.
“I saw fighters coming back from battles. I was inspired by the courage they had. They fought fearlessly, like true heroes,” Yousef explained in testimony shared with Mondoweiss. “They were losing everything to defend their homeland and their people. Most of them died, but some are still fighting, and they haven’t retreated.”
In mid-December, Yousef watched a group of five Qassam fighters returning from a mission. An Israeli drone had followed them, and within seconds, three missiles were fired on the group, killing them all. Yousef was only 200 meters away. He and a group of his friends later gathered their remains and gave them a burial.
After the five fighters had been killed, it was reported that the army targeted their homes with missiles, leveling them to the ground.
“Whenever I got the chance to meet up with them or spend time with them when they weren’t out fighting, I knew what I wanted to do next,” Yousef said. “I want to fight like them.”
No one from the Qassam Brigades had ever approached him about recruitment, but he was content to wait and make it known through his social circles that he was available and willing whenever the need arose.
“But maybe it’s not the time for me,” he said.
On December 26, the army pulled out of al-Shuja’iyya, announcing that it had dismantled Hamas’s military infrastructure in the neighborhood. But six months later, the army was back in al-Shuja’iyya again, fighting a second battle. Hamas had regrouped its forces and reconstituted its fighting capacities all across the northern half of Gaza. This time, the fighting was even more fierce than the first round, as Qassam fighters launched RPGs, planted IEDs, and set up ambushes for Israeli forces from Jabalia to Shuja’iyya.
Yousef had remained in al-Shuja’iyya this entire time, moving about and trying to be of use in the battle — if not directly, then at least he could provide as much material support as possible.
In one of his speeches during the war, Hamas’s military spokesperson, Abu Obaida, said that the resistance had recruited thousands of people to replenish their thinned ranks.
“Thousands more are still waiting to join,” Abu Obaida said. Yousef still held out hope that he would be one of them. He prefers it to constantly being on the run from death.
“The occupation has killed everything we know,” Yousef says. “It only gives us more reason to fight.”
After two weeks of fighting during the second Shuja’iyya invasion, the Israeli army retreated again. It had declared victory, but left behind destroyed tanks at the entrance of the neighborhood. Videos released on social media showed as much in the invasion’s aftermath.

— Quds News Network (@QudsNen) July 8, 2024
Yousef said that the Israeli army had destroyed all of his neighborhood. “We want life and safety, and they want to exterminate us. They want to kill every Palestinian.”
“Israel thinks that it is terrorizing us with its crimes, but we no longer want anything except revenge for the blood of our people,” Yousef says. “We want revenge for the people Israel killed and let their flesh be eaten by dogs in front of us, and we could not save them. They shot anyone on sight. This is a criminal army, and we must confront it. Everyone on our land must fight it until we eradicate it.”
Building a resistance society
Even though Yousef is not a fighter or a member of al-Qassam, he has received military training, as have many young men in Gaza. Hamas consciously chose to build an infrastructure of resistance that included not only weapons and tunnels but also people with the requisite skills and capabilities.
Yousef and his friends received training from a young age. He was always present at mosques and participated in Hamas events. Many of these events included summer camps that provided youth with basic training. He participated in several camps over the years, starting when he was 14 years old.
Hamas called these summer camps the “Vanguards of Liberation,” which it has held on an annual basis ever since it began ruling Gaza in 2007 up until the outbreak of the current war. The camps accepted people from all age groups, anywhere from 15 to 60 years of age, but were mostly attended by young men who joined training throughout the summer and then graduated. In every area and neighborhood in Gaza, many of these young men were known for their membership in the resistance factions, and around them were dozens of young men who wished to have positions like them in the organizations.
According to statements put out by the Qassam Brigades in previous years, the Vanguards of Liberation camps have trained over 25,000 people at a time.

(Photo: © Yousef Masoud/SOPA Images via ZUMA Press Wire/APA Images)“The goal behind these camps is to prepare the generation of liberation spiritually, mentally, physically, and behaviorally,” the Qassam Brigades said in a 2015 statement. The training included military and scouting skills, shooting with live ammunition, assembling and disassembling assault rifles, Civil Defense basics, and first aid courses.
Hamas was not the only movement to host such camps. Other resistance factions like the Palestinian Islamic Jihad also held trainings for their own social base, which Hamas encouraged as part of the project of allowing resistance organizations to operate in Gaza unhindered. This has allowed them to practice military actions with complete freedom for years and has spread a general awareness among youth on how to defend themselves. None of this has rivaled the universal conscription of the Israeli army, but resistance organizations in Gaza attempted to close the gap over the years to make up for the asymmetry of power.
This is why Yousef feels he has been groomed for this moment his entire life. “The camps prepared us for such moments, to be ready to face this criminal army that killed our families. Now we are ready, and we are waiting to engage in the fight.”
Yousef already treats himself as a fighter, and he acts accordingly. He has an AK-47, but he doesn’t carry it with him; he keeps it safe in a specific hiding place. He and Maisara used to share it before he was killed. Yousef continues to try to make himself available to his neighbors and childhood friends who are part of the Qassam Brigades, and he already considers himself one of them. He has decided that he will share in their fate.
“I’ve lived among fighters during this war, and I see myself as one of them,” he explains. “And I never once heard one of them complain. Even though we barely eat and we barely sleep. On some days, we only eat a few dates in our pockets. We don’t complain. We’ve all dedicated our lives to defending our people. We lived among them, grew up with them, and now we’re going to fight for them.”
“All the sadness and the destruction motivates me, and all those I love are in Paradise. They’re martyrs who fell before me, and they’re waiting for me to join them. The occupation is creating generations that want to be free at any cost, no matter how much blood it sheds.”
Yousef is not alone in wanting to fight the army, but he is in a unique situation because he is a son of Hamas, and so it remains plausible that he might eventually be conscripted. “When I talk to anyone in al-Shuja’iyya, they all want the same thing. They want to leave an impact, instead of dying helplessly and getting cut up into pieces or being eaten by dogs in the street.”
But not all of those who want to fight will ever be selected, especially those who are not affiliated with Hamas. “They want to die as true heroes, but most of them can’t. They won’t be recruited,” Yousef explains. The Qassam Brigades never recruits anyone outside of the Hamas movement.
“Everywhere in the streets of this city, there are stories about real heroes. We will tell their stories when we win and break the occupation,” Yousef says.

Responding to the massacres carried out by the Zionist occupation against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, the Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Resistance movement, bombarded Tel Aviv and its suburbs with two M90 rockets, on the 312th day of the genocide.
A source within the Resistance said that the rockets were launched from the heart of Khan Younis, where occupation forces are advancing.
Following the launch, al-Qassam’s Military Media published footage of its fighters preparing the rockets and scenes documenting the targeting.
In the video, one Resistance fighter recites a poetry verse, saying: “Soldiers who have faith and patience, are not weak or defenseless in war. If you engage in war, do not let it lead to failure. Be patient with its horrors, for there is no death except at the appointed time.”
For their part, the occupation admitted that the alarm sirens remained unactivated while and after the Palestinian Resistance targeted Tel Aviv, noting that one of the rockets fell in the area facing the Gosh Dan settlement.
The Zionist Army Radio then stated that the rockets were launched from Bani Suheila in Khan Younis, which is located around 1.5 kilometers away from the Zionist 98 unit’s deployment.
Zionist media, consequently, said the incident was “a cognitive achievement” for Hamas and the Resistance, as the rockets were able to travel almost 90km from Khan Younis to Tel Aviv.
Resistance pounds the occupation in Khan Younis, Rafah
Simultaneously, the Palestinian Resistance factions continue confronting the occupation across several combat axes in the Gaza Strip, particularly in Khan Younis.
The al-Qassam Brigades targeted two Zionist Merkava tanks using two Yasin 105 shells in al-Zinna, easternmost Khan Younis, and Zalata, easternmost Rafah.
The Brigades also ambushed the occupation in Tal al-Sultan in Rafah, detonating three tunnel eyes where bombs were previously planted.
On its part, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, engaged a Zionist soldier and military vehicles gathering in the Abu Hdaf neighborhood, northeastern Khan Younis, with a barrage of mortar shells.
In a joint operation carried out by the al-Qassam and al-Quds Brigades, a Merkava tank was detonated using a Shawaz charge on al-Quds Street in Tal al-Sultan, on Monday.
Footage of the operation was published, featuring a Resistance fighter vowing to strike the occupation forces.
Two Resistance fighters were also shown competing over who would carry out the operation, only to do it together.
As for the Mujahideen Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement, they targeted a gathering of occupation vehicles and soldiers on the Netzarim axis with several medium-caliber mortar shells.
The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades bombed a gathering of occupation soldiers and their vehicles in northeast of Khan Younis, with heavy mortar shells.
The Brigades also published footage documenting its targeting of the occupation headquarters and the positioning of its vehicles in the Netzarim axis, southwest of Gaza City, with heavy-caliber mortar shells.
In a joint operation, the al-Qassam Brigades, in cooperation with the al-Quds Brigades and the Mujahideen Brigades, pounded the occupation forces’ gatherings in eastern Khan Younis with a barrage of mortar shells.
A source within Hamas confirmed to Reuters that the Resistance movement is holding on to its demand, calling for the implementation of the ceasefire agreement the movement approved on July 2 and compelling the regime to comply with it instead of engaging in new rounds of negotiations.
The Hamas senior also denied allegations published by CNN, claiming that the movement’s representatives were scheduled to attend negotiations on Thursday, and confirmed that all claims were “incorrect”.
The source also stressed that “What we [Hamas] need is implementation, not more talks,” consistent with a previous statement issued by the movement.
In the same context, Bloomberg cited a Zionist official as saying that negotiations will be held in Doha, specifically focusing on whether “Hamas would reduce its demands for the ceasefire”.
Arab mediators will hold talks with Hamas after [Thursday’s] negotiations, if the movement decides to boycott them, according to another Zionist official. This comes as the occupying regime refuses to yield its primary demands and conditions.
Hamas calls for implementing July agreement instead of new talks
This comes after US President Joe Biden, Qatar’s Emir Tamim Bin Hamad al-Thani, and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi released a couple of days ago a joint statement calling on the regime and the Palestinian Resistance group to finalize the ceasefire and prisoner exchange deal in a meeting set for next week.
In response to the trilateral statement, Hamas affirmed on Saturday that since the onset of the aggression on Gaza, it has been committed to supporting the mediation efforts led by Egypt and Qatar to secure a ceasefire and end the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people and has consistently backed any initiative that aims to halt the aggression.
It confirmed that it has engaged in numerous negotiation rounds and demonstrated all necessary flexibility and positivity to achieve the goals and interests of the Palestinian people, halt the bloodshed, and end the genocide.
However, Hamas pointed out that the occupation met this approach with rejection, continuing its massacres against the Palestinian people and reiterating its stance that it was not serious about a permanent ceasefire, with its aggressive actions standing as clear evidence of this.
The Palestinian Resistance group said that even after the announcement of the trilateral statement, the occupying regime committed a heinous crime, massacring displaced people at al-Taibeen school in Gaza’s al-Daraj neighborhood during dawn prayers on August 10 and leaving more than one hundred civilians killed and over 250 others injured.
Hamas said that in light of these developments and out of a sense of responsibility and concern for the Palestinian people and their interests, it calls on the mediators to present a plan to implement what they proposed to the movement, which was agreed on, on July 2, based on Biden’s vision and the Security Council’s resolution.

The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced on Sunday that its Resistance fighters detonated several IEDs in an infantry unit after it entered a boobytrapped house in Khan Younis’ Bani Suhaila in southern Gaza, confirming casualties among the occupation forces.
The Brigades said that the operation involved confrontations with another occupation unit inside a tunnel, leading to the killing and wounding of the occupation force.
Additionally, during the Bani Suhaila operation, the group said its fighters killed a soldier from the engineering corps, delivering a headshot.
For their part, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, announced the downing of a spy drone northeast of al-Bureij in central Gaza.
On its Telegram channel, the group also published footage of its Resistance fighters firing mortars toward gatherings of soldiers and military vehicles in al-Zaytoun neighberhood, east of Gaza City.
As for the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, they confirmed that their Resistance fighters engaged in fierce confrontations with occupation soldiers in the neighborhood, adding that a gathering of occupation forces on Street 10 south of Al-Zaytoun was shelled with mortars.
In Khan Younis, the Brigades revealed that they targeted occupation soldiers and vehicles with a barrage of heavy-caliber mortar shells, and a Merkava tank using RPG shells.
The occupation admitted on Saturday to the death of one of its officers during battles with the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza. The killed officer was the head of the Commando Brigade chief’s forward command team.
With his death, the total number of Zionist officers and soldiers killed during field battles with the Resistance in Gaza since October rose to 248. However, it is clear the occupation does not provide accurate information.
Palestinian forces on Sunday also reported targeting multiple Zionist positions stationed throughout the Gaza Strip, resulting in direct fatalities and material losses inflicted on troops.
Footage of a drone operation targeting a military outpost in the east of Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza was released earlier in the day by the Qassam Brigades.
These operations demonstrate that Zionist claims of complete control or withdrawal from certain areas in the North are either inaccurate or incomplete, Resistance sources said.
The Resistance further announced that its fighters successfully eliminated a soldier using sniper fire south of the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City.
Meanwhile, in Jabalia camp, the Mujahideen Brigades confirmed targeting a gathering of troops using short-range missiles.
Resistance from Lebanon continues
The Resistance in Lebanon announced today that it struck the “Meron” settlement, east of occupied Palestine, with Katyusha missiles.
In its statement, Hezbollah stressed that this is in response to the Zionist attacks on villages and homes of civilians south of Lebanon, namely the most recent attack on Khirbet Selem in which four people of a displaced family were martyred.
The Resistance in Lebanon reiterated that these operations come in support of the “steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in solidarity with their brave and honorable Resistance.”
50 rockets rain on “Meron”
Occupation media stated that the target in question in the “Meron” settlement is the “Yiba 506” military post, which is a northern air control unit belonging to the Zionist Air Force of Jabal al-Jarmaq.
This post surveils the northern half of occupied Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria until Cyprus. It also plays a role in every aerial operation in the region.
Zionist media also pointed out that sirens were repeatedly triggered in several settlements in occupied Upper al-Jalil amid the heavy missiles launched from Lebanon targeting the occupied territories.
The occupation entity continues to murder people in Lebanon
In parallel, Zionist attacks on villages and towns south of Lebanon continued as the occupation artillery shelled the outskirts of Kfar Shuba and al-Hebbariyeh.
Earlier today, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon commemorated the martyrdom of Jaafar Ali Marji “Redwan” from the town of Blida and his two sons Ali and Hasan.
The raid killed five Lebanese: A father, his two children, his wife, and one individual.
Nine civilians who had previously escaped the recurrent Zionist attacks on Blida and took refuge in Khirbet Selem, were reportedly injured in the attack on the residential complex, and were transported to the nearby Tibnine Hospital.
The town of Khirbet Silm is almost 10 km away from the Blue Line separating Lebanon and occupied Palestine.

Palestinian Resistance groups in Gaza announced on Monday a series of operations against the invading occupation forces as the brutal war on the Strip hits its 5-month mark.
The al-Qassam Brigades issued a statement announcing that they took control over two Zionist drones that were on a spy mission in the Al-Maaskar area, west of Khan Younis city, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Moreover, al-Qassam said its fighters destroyed four tanks and two military bulldozers using Yassin-105 anti-tank RPGs in the al-Amal neighborhood west of Khan Younis.
The same area saw the al-Qassam Brigades’ Resistance members sniping and killing two soldiers, while also targeting an occupation force positioned in a house using an anti-fortification TGB shell. The group confirmed casualties among the occupation unit.
For their part, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, said their fighters targeted on Monday a gathering of occupation forces with a barrage of heavy mortar shells in the Zanna area, east of Khan Younis.
In the northern areas of the Gaza Strip, the Resistance group revealed that it had targeted positions of soldiers using heavy mortar shells.
The Brigades also said they had targeted “Sderot” and “Nir Am,” among other settlements in Gaza’s envelope with rocket barrages. Al-Qassam stated that the strikes were in response to the occupation’s ongoing massacres against the people in Gaza.
On their Telegram channel, the al-Quds Brigades posted a video documenting a joint operation with the al-Mujahideen Brigades, which saw the launching of a Sam 7 surface-to-air missile toward an advanced Hermes 900 UAV in Beit Lahia.
The group also revealed in the footage its fighters downing and capturing a quadcopter drone.
Meanwhile, al-Mujahideen Brigades announced in a statement that they had launched short-range rockets toward a military gathering southeast of Gaza.
In Hamad city west of Khan Younis, Resistance fighters from the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades shelled a gathering of soldiers with mortars, while in the Abasan al-Kabira area east of the province, the group’s members targeted an occupation unit positioned inside a house.
The Brigades also posted footage of a barrage of KN-103 rockets targeting the Zionist settlement of “Ashkelon” in Gaza’s northern envelope.
Zionist soldier injured in West Bank confrontation
Confrontations in the al-Amari camp, south of the city of al-Bireh in the occupied West Bank, which erupted following the occupation’s incursion into the camp, resulted in the martyrdom of a young Palestinian, the detention of a freed prisoner, and the injury of a Zionist soldier during confrontations, confirmed by occupation media.
The occupation withdrew from the neighborhoods of al-Khalil and Dura, in the occupied West Bank, after detaining about 20 citizens, most of whom were formerly liberated prisoners.
Occupation forces detained early Monday freed Palestinian prisoner Hisham Abu Hawash after storming his house in the town of Dura, south of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank, local media reported.
Occupation forces detained about 20 other Palestinian citizens, most of whom are freed prisoners, from al-Khalil.
Abu Hawash regained his freedom last year after going on a heroic 141-day hunger strike in protest against his arbitrary administrative detention in occupation prisons, which allow the indefinite imprisonment of Palestinians without trial or charge.
Earlier, occupation forces raided several towns and villages in the occupied West Bank and carried out a campaign of arrests against Palestinian citizens, leading to confrontations with Resistance fighters.
The occupation forces raided the town of Azzoun east of Qalqilya in the West Bank. Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades confirmed that its Resistance fighters engaged the occupation forces during their incursion into Qalqilya with intense gunfire.
In the occupied West Bank a large Zionist military force raided the city of Tulkarm accompanied by bulldozers, and destroyed the civilian infrastructure in the Nur Shams refugee camp in the city, while Palestinian Resistance fighters confronted them.
Hezbollah thwarts Zionist infiltration into Lebanon
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah successfully thwarted two separate Zionist infiltration attempts into Lebanese territory, the group announced early Monday.
In a statement, Hezbollah confirmed that its fighters engaged with missiles an occupation military force attempting to infiltrate into Lebanese territory in the Wadi Qatmoun area opposite the village of Rmeish on Sunday at 11:45 PM, achieving direct hits.
Later, the Resistance mentioned that its fighters detonated a large explosive device against an occupation force from the Golani Brigade attempting to infiltrate into Lebanese territory from the direction of “Khirbet Zar’it” opposite the town of Ramya on Monday at 12:15 AM. Hezbollah fighters then targeted the infiltrating occupation force with several artillery shells, causing direct hits.
Following the thwarted infiltration attempts, aircraft intensified their airstrikes in the areas where the incidents took place. Media reports highlighted that Hezbollah fighters remained vigilant and countered the attacks.
On Monday at 1:30 AM, Hezbollah fighters bombarded the Zar’it barracks and its vicinity with artillery weapons, further retaliating against Zionist aggression.
Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the surveillance equipment at Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills at 03:20 pm on Monday, March 04, 2024, with appropriate weapons, inflicting direct hits.
Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with missile weapons at 04:10 pm on Monday, March 04, 2024, inflicting direct hits.
Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Ramtha site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with missile weapons at 04:15 pm on Monday, March 04, 2024, inflicting direct hits.

The Palestinian Resistance has been engaged in heavy confrontations with occupation forces in al-Qarara area to the northeast of the city of Khan Younis on Friday.
The Resistance has been intensely confronting occupation forces since 5 am on Friday in the southern Gaza Strip, according to our correspondent. Field sources confirmed that Zionist military rescue helicopters evacuated a number of casualties from al-Qarara. Concurrently, occupation forces attempted to infiltrate the eastern side of the area, attempting to evacuate a number of killed and wounded soldiers.
Attack helicopters intervened and targeted the area in which Resistance fighters confronted the evacuation team after several of the Israeli troops were injured in the operation.
Zionist media outlets confirmed the evacuation of 22 soldiers injured in the Gaza Strip to Zionist hospitals via helicopters. The management of Soroka Hospital said that more than 10 helicopter landings occurred in the past few hours, transporting injured individuals from the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian Resistance factions made several announcements on Friday, confirming that their fighters conducted a number of joint operations and destroyed at least one Merkava 4 tank.
A list of operations in the Gaza Strip
Al-Mujahideen Brigades
Fighters of al-Mujahideen Brigade targeted a Merkava 4 tank with a locally-produced Saeer rocket, destroying the tank to the east of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip.
The group’s fighters downed a Zionist drone in the southeast axis of Gaza, near the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, with a shoulder-fired surface-to-air missile. Al-Mujahideen fighters also engaged in “fierce battles with the enemy” on several fronts of Zionist advancement in the city of Khan Younis.
Al-Quds Brigades
The Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s (PIJ) al-Quds Brigades, in coordination with fighters from al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, targeted groupings of occupation troops around the “Erez” crossing to the north of Gaza, with a barrage of 60mm mortar shells.
At 9:00 pm on Friday, al-Quds Brigades fighters fired a large amount of rockets toward occupied Askalan and “Zikim” to the north of the Gaza Strip.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades
In coordination with al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades successfully targeted a grouping of occupation soldiers and Israeli armored vehicles to the east of the central Gaza Strip.
The factions also targeted groupings of enemy soldiers and armored vehicles with concentrated rocket barrages in Khan Younis.
The Palestinian Resistance has been confrontation invading Zionist forces since late October 2023, dealing heavy casualties among its forces and military equipment, despite the huge disparity that exists between the two sides in terms of military advancement and their available arsenals.
Palestinian Resistance factions have underscored one of the greatest epics in modern history, maintaining steadfastness in their principles.
Abu Obeida: Resistance demands same ratio for detainees
Zionist airstrikes killed a total of seven captives held in the Gaza Strip by the Palestinian Resistance, Abu Obeida, the spokesperson for Hamas’ al-Qassam Brigades, announced on Friday evening.
“We previously announced the disruption of our communication with our fighters guarding a group of enemy prisoners in [the Gaza Strip]. We [suspected] that some of the prisoners were killed as a result of Zionist airstrikes,” Abu Odeida stressed.
“After thorough examination in recent weeks, we confirm the martyrdom of several of our fighters and the death of seven enemy prisoners in the sector due to Zionist airstrikes,” the spokesperson said.
He released the names of three captives killed by their own military, including three elderly captives who were mentioned in a previous announcement on December 23, 2023.
The three were identified as Chaim Ben Nechama (Peri), 79, Yoram Ben Miriam (Metzger), 80, and Amiram Ben Sara (Cooper), 84.
Abu Obeida added that the group would later disclose the names of the remaining four deceased captives after the Resistance confirmed their identities.
Furthermore, he revealed that the number of “enemy prisoners” killed by occupation forces “may have exceeded seventy.”
“Throughout this time, we have sought to preserve the lives of the prisoners. However, it is evident that the enemy’s leadership deliberately intends to eliminate this issue by killing its captives.”
However, the military spokesperson confirmed that the Resistance would only exchange the same number of Palestinian detainees for the same number of Zionist captives, be they dead or alive.
Immediately after Abu Obeida’s statement, al-Qassam Brigades’ Military Media released footage of the three captives, featuring three phrases written in Arabic, English, and Hebrew. The phrases stated, “We tried to keep them alive, but Netanyahu insisted on killing them. All 7 killed by IDF weapons.”
A poster al-Qassam Brigades published today showed the Zionist Prime Minister crossing off a picture of his “buddy” Yoram Itak Metzger with a red marker.
“Netanyahu abandoned his buddies to face their fate alone without saving them,” the poster read.
Despite the fact that the Palestinian Resistance has made extensive preparations to ensure the safety of the captives it holds, the Zionist political and military command has reportedly made concentrated efforts to eliminate any prisoners it has not been able to retrieve.
Some believe that this comes in line with the Zionist authorities’ attempts to lower the price they have to pay in a prisoner exchange deal, which is expected to eventually occur via mediated talks.
Yemen protests continue
For the 21st week in a row, the Yemeni masses gathered in all governorates for their million-man march in support of Palestine, this week under the title “You Are Not Alone…Steadfast With Gaza.”
Protestors held up banners of Aaron Bushnell, the 25-year-old American soldier that self-immolated in front of the zionist embassy in Washington DC in support of Gaza.
The march organizers again reaffirmed the continuation of demonstrations and marches in support of Palestine, as well as the continuation of military mobilization and training, which has so far trained 237,000 new Yemeni soldiers.
They condemned the disgraceful stance and collusion of Arab regimes with the Zionist entity, while praising the operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces, asserting that they will not stop until the aggression on Gaza ceases and the siege is lifted.
Finally, they called for the continued boycott of American and Zionist products.
