I'm trying to remember a pudding we had when I was young. it was very much like semolina pudding, or ground rice pudding, but was not either of them. this was in the UK in the early 80s.

I mixed together the ingredients for this year’s Christmas puddings. You won’t find a better recipe than this - thanks to Delia Smith. Overnight in the fridge and steamed tomorrow. I make individual ones as well as a 2pt one! Steam times vary from 3 hrs - 8hrs for the large one #christmas #puddings
