I run a weekly community co-op event where we fly #DCS, most recently often also some #NuclearOption. Most recently we’ve been doing a play through with a rotary bent of a custom campaign I’ve been making together with @NeneExists.

Slowly finding my way through the Nuclear option editor and some of the quirks of making missions.
I extended the Defend bridge mission (mission 06) that comes with the game. It is a rally good training mission to get familiar with the game and its mechanics (Start with the tutorials and missions 01 and 02, skip the others as they are more difficult).The modified version behaves a bit strangely. Ranks are not working (yet) and I struggle to make the airstrip work but getting there :)

I'm getting more and more into Nuclear option. It is a somewhat simplified combat flight sim (but still with decent physics, nat arcade). It is a bit more gamy to as you can carry quite a bit of weaponry (but not as bad as Ace Combat). It supports multiplayer both in coop and PvE. It comes with an editor too and some scenarios. The more complex ones put 2 factions against each other with an escalation mechanism.
And above all, there are beautiful nuclear explosions ^^ -
Got a little bit of time on the sticks in the #NuclearOption combat flight "sim" game this evening. This should be a good time, especially if I can get some friends involved.

I may or may not be really interested in playing nuclear option and kinda board of struggling with a keyboard in flightsims. What are good budget HOTASes keep in mind the following
1. I live in India so a smaller brands might not be sold here
2. This is my first HOTAS. perfect is the enemy of good enough here.
