Sunday long run testing my race shoes out for Chester Half in 4 weeks time. Decided to forego my usual zone 2 run and split the run into 2 parts, first 11km keeping hr zone 2/ aerobic threshold and the next 5km in zone 3 and lower limit of zone 4.
