@actuallyautistic I used to eat everything. In my late teens/early 20s I was vegetarian. I quit that after 5 years. I lived in Montreal and everything is delicious. Then lactose and eggs started affecting me. Cut those out. Fastforward 20 years, i went through an accutely stressful year within a rough decade. My stomach hasn't been the same. I'm on a #LowFODMAPdiet, gluten-free, no onions, no garlic, no heavily processed foods. No fatty meat. (1/2)
