Dnes jsem byl u výživového terapeuta, na kterého jsem dostal doporučení, že zná pojmy jako #IBS a #SIBO
Znát je znal, ale bavit se o nic moc nechtěl. Místo toho mi vysvětloval, jak funguje lidské tělo, jaký orgán produkuje jaký hormon a k čemu slouží. Popisoval, jak všechno má být v rovnováze, jinak vznikají problémy. A snažil se mě nasměrovat, jak tu rovnováhu hledat.
Domluvená konzultace 1,5 h se protáhla na 2,25 h.
Ale vůbec nevím, co si o tom myslet. Čekal jsem něco trochu jiného. @jan

Minulý týden jsem dostal odpověď na mojí zásilku do Německa.
Posílal jsem tam 10 zkumavek se vzorky vzduchu.
Nejdřív jsem vypil kontrolní tekutinu a pak jsem každých 20 minut dýchnul do speciálního pytlíku, přes který jsem naplnil zkumavky.
Výsledky říkají, že pokud se hladina vydechovaného vodíku zvedne o více než 20ppm, je velká pravděpodobnost, že jsou v tenkém střevě bakterie, co tam nemají být. Mě se zvedla o víc než 100ppm...

Here are my efforts to document compiling C-Code with Small C to an IMG-File on the Psion 3c itself.
Steps:
1. Scrolling through the C-Code
2. Compiling with <Psion>+T
3. Switching to the IMG-Files launcher
4. Running the IMG-File itself and terminating with <ESC>

El llentiscle o mata (Pistacia lentiscus), és una planta habitual en clima mediterrani, un gran remei, incomprensiblement absent dels herbolaris.

Ara s'acosta el temps de recollir-ne les fulles, doncs les preferides són les fulles joves, més riques en resina i oli essencial. (Són les que veus a les fotos, més vermelloses i tendres)
Però vigila d'on l'agafes que sent un detoxificant de l'ecosistema, tendeix a acumular tòxics.

Ara bé, recorda que si no valorem les causes, acabem fent servir els remeis tal com la medicina convencional fa anar els medicaments.
Quina és la causa del desequilibri que et produeix malestar?
Com ens diu la Medicina tradicional Mediterrània, que coneix bé aquest remei i molts altres d'autòctons, aquesta és la pregunta que cal respondre en primer lloc. I així ho enfoco jo a les formacions i a la pràctica.

1. Stupid brain fart (renamed wrong var)

It's mind boggling how many people I know who are all suffering from severe bloating, severe constipation, issues with their gut "microbiome", pelvic floor dysfunction, and or gastrointestinal issues overall. It seems like a recent phenomenon for particularly women in their early 30s. People are getting a "SIBO test", to test for a bacterial issue, then have to take antibiotics and go on a strict diet, called "low FODMAP". Very alarming..

I think it's also important to note that a lot of issues that we didn't think were related to the gut we are now finding directly connected to the microbiome and that these issues likely extend much further than conditions like #IBS or #SIBO.

Metabolic conditions ie #T2D, #inflmmation, #immune function, and #inflammation are all included in this.

@UntoNuggan I was diagnosed with IBS a decade ago. It's a fancy way for docs to say "No idea, it's probably stress and maybe food intolerances".

So I was prescribed anti-anxiety meds (I'm not anxious) and modified my diet. Still suffer.

I cried when I found Pimentel's research. I had a food bug about 3 months prior to symptoms.
I'm confident I have post-infectious SIBO.

But in the UK, GPs haven't heard of SIBO, or roll their eyes when I suggest it. The NHS has catching up to do.

Found a way to get files on to the #MAME #Psion #SIBO #emulator without building any new tools!

#EPOC16 can read FAT volumes. So... mtools!

1. Make an empty file of, say, 2MB.
2. Use mtools to "format" it with FAT.
3. Use mtools to make directories in it and copy files into it.
4. Point MAME at the image.

Mtools is available for pretty much every Linux distro. And there's a version for Win32, too: https://github.com/foone/mtools_win32/releases/tag/4.0.23

Here's #EDisAsm 0.0.5 running on an emulated 3mx.
