Imagine distributed radar traps on steroids that everyone could mount in front of their car. It would include camera, uplink and speed/distance measuring ability. It automatically documents any (easily classifiable) traffic offence of all _other_ drivers, (like cutting in to close, driving too fast, etc) and uploads the data so the offender can get fined. The state would pay everyone 5€/m for installing it, keeping it online and calibrated.
