@rita In diesem Zusammenhang finde ich spannend, wie unterschiedlich der Begriff #IssueManagement in der IT und in #PublicAffairs genutzt wird. Verblüffend finde ich, dass #Parteien, aber politische Vereine ganz allgemein und auch Bürgerbeteiligungsportale wie z.B. Consul, Mängelmelder und Co, wie sie von Kommunen manchmal eingesetzt werden, keine auf Dauerhaftigkeit angelegte Infrastruktur für #IssueManagement beinhalten, wie man das in der IT mit einem Tool wue z.B. #Jira umsetzen würde
