Die Verschränkung von Verwaltung (Exekutive), Parlamenten und politischen Vereinen (Legislative, GG Art 38) kann man lokal gut untersuchen. @rita In diesem Zusammenhang finde ich spannend, wie unterschiedlich der Begriff #IssueManagement in der IT und in #PublicAffairs genutzt wird. Verblüffend finde ich, dass #Parteien, aber politische Vereine ganz allgemein und auch Bürgerbeteiligungsportale wie z.B. Consul, Mängelmelder und Co, wie sie von Kommunen manchmal eingesetzt werden, keine auf Dauerhaftigkeit angelegte Infrastruktur für #IssueManagement beinhalten, wie man das in der IT mit einem Tool wue z.B. #Jira umsetzen würde

Die Gemeinsamkeit aber ist, dass sie sich entlang der Phasen des Politikzyklusmodells beschreiben lassen. Und es stellt die Frage, ob und wo im Handbuchwissen der Parteiarbeit so etwas beschrieben ist.
