Stretchly is a #foss cross-platform app that reminds you to take breaks when working on your computer. Available for Linux, macOS and Windows.
It lives in system tray, only displaying a reminder window from time to time.
By default, there's a 20 sec break every 10 mins and 5 mins break every 30 mins. It's encouraged to customise the break times using Preferences in the tray menu.
