One idea for a PvP session is to have each player move their character sheet to the player next to them, and then go for another few rounds.
Is this a fun option? Have you ever done this during your PvP session?

Most D&D groups ban PvP (player against player hostile action) during regular campaign play. At my table, we have two dedicated sessions a year where that's all we do and it's a total blast.

Visual Novel idea: you're the mayor of a Harvest Moon like town and you meet each of the "player characters" who move to town to farm and their various personalities... Maybe trying to grow your town while dealing with these random city folk's whims.
Maybe they will give you random objects as gifts as if they're trying to court you. ("Oh. A rock. Thanks.")

Free video game ideas:
1) A simulation where you play as the various groups of indigenous people in North America when the European colonizers were trying to take over to kick the indigenous off their land and/or kill them. The goal of the game would be to fight off the white colonizers to prevent the eventual formation of the U.S. government and the USA.
2) A simulation where Reagan is assassinated and more progressive factions need to win out in order to implement some kind of real safeguard in the U.S. government to prevent eventual fascism, beyond what already exist now
Both would be difficult, but winnable.
If you make either, please let me know. I'd play the SHIT outta these. 😂

A VR game where you're being forced by Big Brother to follow orders against your will. The longer you refuse to perform the actions, the more the camera starts wobbling, causing you motion sickness.
You have to find a way to break out while being obedient enough not to puke. -
A civilization-like game where you play two opposing civilizations one after the other each turn, doing exploration, development, politics, research etc. but you don't control the military, they just keep fighting each other.
You have to progress without one annihilating the other. -
Video game where your character is 35. Every time you sleep in the game, a random debuff is applied, so every day a different thing hurts for no reason.

Interesting dream/game idea I had last night about save scumming.
A punishingly difficult tactics game where you're intended to fail and save scum constantly, but
1. The main character has full mumory of all previous attempts
2. When loading, they can copy the state of one object near them from the current attempt to the loaded game
