  21. I feel outright genius today. The wall plaster in my rented apartment is all brittle and broken so I can't drill a hole for the skirting board brace in that area.

    Instead I 3D printed this contraption that attaches to the sideboard leg and pushes the skirting board against the wall.

    Not visible from the room. Saved myself days of dirty plastering work with a 5ct print.

  29. 3D printed racking solution works. Still dealing with some kinks around printing with abs, but I think its tuned in now. Might have to reprint the left half for a flush finish. But I have a better idea...

  32. I have been re-working my Inkvent Display design, and have turned it into a more general-purpose desk organiser.

    The new version has a cutout for the 30ml bottle, space for more pens and a larger bottle of ink on the top shelf, and a side box for notebooks, sketchpads, or whatever. The side box also slides out to reveal a CL sized internal drawer.

    Print it with a fuzzy skin and a wood filled filament, and you get something that looks pretty classy!

    There is also an untested variant with a hidden internal shelf, suitable for a pen, key, or a rolled up treasure map.
