…with a little magic added of course. but aside from dancing paper dolls, amulet-enhanced fistfighting, and a Lola who can see the future, it’s quite on the nose, maybe uncomfortably so. it’s one of my favorite chapters we’ve done in our entire #FormAndVoid multiverse thing we’ve got going, just cuz it feels like watching an old, fuzzy home video for me. it’s very very special to me and hopefully provides a window into a lesser known side of the holiday.

finished reading through #ThoseWhoCreateAndDestroy part 2, the book i've been working on with my partner @emrys, and i am just in awe of what we've done.

it's pretty much everything i love in fantasy fiction, mixed with a lot of things that were near and dear to me as a teenager, as well as a lot of the darker things i oft ruminate on.

#FormAndVoid patrons get part 2 tomorrow. others get it weekly, chapter by chapter, for free. either way, i'm happy people will get to read it.
