I live less than 45 minutes from #ElkIslandNationalPark. And while I've never seen a single elk in all the times I've been there, I do see bison on the regular. Hoping to get out to the park when the weather warms up here this weekend.

Cancelled my plans to cycle today at #ElkIslandNationalPark after listening to the pouring rain last night. Of course, it's a gorgeous day today but I'm sure that the picnic area will be soggy and it's a 2-hour return trip. I could have gone for a local ride but putzed around for too long. However, I HAVE locked in my #electricity rates and requested 50% #GreenEnergy, so something has been accomplished.
Our building parking lot is being ripped apart to repair a sinkhole today.

Forests and ponds and boardwalks! Amisk Wuche is Cree for Beaver Hills, and it's also an interesting trail out at Elk Island National Park! Not too long either, so it's great for a quick walk.
