@KatM I was on a family trip a few weeks ago with my boys and my parents. My mom said something that riled me up and I, as usual, responded. I can’t even remember what it was about. She giggled and said “I knew you would take the bait”. It dawned on me, she feeds off of riling me up. I now recognize this pattern with a few other prominent people in my life. I’m going to stop taking the bait and start ignoring things. #deepBreaths
